VM Coins
Spendable
Use VM Coins to redeem rewards in the Loyalty Store or exchange them for extra raffle tickets.
VM Points
Ranking
Earn VM Points through qualifying trades, quests and milestones. They determine your ranking and eligibility for applicable competitions. Shown as XP in your account, these points cannot be spent or exchanged.
Tier Points
Loyalty level
Tier Points determine your loyalty tier using your qualifying trading activity over the last 90 days. Coins earned through spins and tasks do not count towards your tier.
VM Diamonds
Premium
You earn one when you reach the daily limit of 10,000 VM Coins, with a maximum of one Diamond per day.

How to Play
Complete qualifying raffle missions to earn tickets, or exchange VM Coins for extra entries.
Raffle Missions
Each daily mission shows the Raffle Trade Units required and its ticket reward.
Trade 1 Micro Lot
Raffle Trade Units of 1 or more

Earn tickets
Raffle Trade Units measure eligible trading volume. On Forex, Gold, Silver and Oil, 0.01 lot equals one unit. Trading missions award tickets when you reach their unit requirements.
Other instruments use different weightings.
Get extra tickets
Exchange 10 VM Coins for one extra raffle ticket. Each ticket carries equal weight in the draw, whether earned through a mission or exchanged for coins.
Daily resets
Your Raffle Trade Units reset daily at midnight SAST. Tickets already earned remain in the current draw.

Winners will be contacted to provide the details required for product delivery.
Entry essentials
- Who can enter the raffle?All clients are eligible
- When are the winners drawn?A raffle draw takes place every second weekend.
- How long are my raffle tickets valid?Your tickets are valid for the draw they were issued for. Once that draw is complete, they expire and cannot be used in future draws.
More tickets give you more entries, but do not guarantee a prize. All times shown are SAST (UTC+2).

Redeeming Your Coins
Log in and go to My Rewards → Store. Choose a reward, check its requirements and follow the redemption steps.
Pick and redeem
Your redeemed rewards are listed under Purchased in My Rewards → Store.
Balance requirement
Your available balance must be equal to or greater than the credit amount to redeem it.
Non-withdrawable
Trading credit is for trading only. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
Physical rewards
Raffle prizes and store rewards are separate. Raffle prizes are awarded through a draw; available store rewards can be redeemed with VM Coins.
Check the store for current coin prices and availability. Trading credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
