Vault Funder has ceased operations.
Vault Funder is permanently closed. Evaluation challenges, funded accounts, competitions and affiliate programmes have all ended, and the platform no longer accepts registrations, purchases or payments. The service will not reopen.
If you held an active account
Active challenges, evaluations and funded accounts are being refunded in full, and funded traders are being paid any profit they had earned but not yet withdrawn. Your performance in an evaluation does not affect this.
Every client with an active account has been sent a claim form by email, to the address registered on their account. That form is the only channel we process claims through — submissions are checked against our client records.
If you held an active account and did not receive the email, write to [email protected] from the email address registered on your account, and include your account number. Requests sent from unregistered addresses cannot be processed.
Beware of scams
There is no fee to claim your money. Vault Funder will never call or message you asking for a password, a one-time PIN, a “processing fee”, a “tax clearance” or any payment to release your funds, and will never ask for your banking details by email reply, WhatsApp or social media. Anyone who does is not us — report it to [email protected].
